Adding a possible solution. All I need are little characters to walk through the dungeon hallways. Maybe set up an ongoingn combat somewhere on the poster.
My style is a fairly cartoony, so if you don't mind something with adventurers that seems a bit like the marginalia of old MAD magazines, I could work up a few sketches for you.
Making the whole poster a kind of dungeon does sound very interesting. Quite a lot more expensive than just popping out some sketches, but I could see where the appeal of the piece would shoot up dramatically to more aesthetically inclined buyers.
