Spent the day at Sylvan Lake Beach today, temperature 30-31 C (84-86 F), with a humidity index of 33 C (91 F). I am now nicely boiled like a lobster, with putting sunscreen on twice. Now rich with medicated cream and comfortable. It was a very fine day, plenty of play with my grandson, water, sand, a terrific spot on the beach and great food. Just wanted to write this for the sake of days come this winter, so I can look back on this and sigh.
I will get that Session report out as soon as I can.
