The Night We Raised Some Money
At last I've got some pics from the fundraiser back on July 3. That night paid for the hotel room for five nights in Toronto (and a bit more):

The book-pitching photo reminds me of an actor with Yorick's skull in their hand, a bit like how Tennant has it in this photo (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/c/c8/Tennant_and_Tchaikowsky_as_Hamlet_and_Yorick.jpg).
