May I Remind You of My Book?

My viewership doubled today.  People have plainly enjoyed the "How to Play" post.  And so I would ask the gentle reader to consider - I've shown my ability to keep a sustained thought going, and bring it to a satisfactory conclusion.

    Ah damnit. I was resolutely opposed to purchasing the book simply because you were so adamant that anyone should buy it. I don't know what other attitude I should suspect an author to have but contrariness is in my nature.

    Despite myself, I thought I should at least read the preview, fully intent on finding reasons to dismiss the book.

    And I found the opposite.

    So now I'm buying your book and I suppose I'll read it.

    Also for anyone wondering that may not have used it before, Lulu was really easy to order from. I didn't have an account and it took me all of three minutes to click the link and get the book ordered.

    Personally, I think I will go with the ebook option, as soon as I figure out if it will work with the platforms I have.

    I'm probably gonna get it as soon as my stack of to-read books has been devoured. I'll not read the preview in case it will break my resolve.

    That being said, at 19$ it seems a tad pricey for an ebook. Am I just out of touch with current pricings for e-literature, or is it a side effect of self publishing? (I'm still gonna get it, as the Norwegian krone is strong)

    I cracked the spine last night and got about 60 pages deep before bedtime. It's a good read so far, and I'm looking forward to getting back to it tonight. Congrats Alexis.
