Certainly, my book, Pete's Garage, would be a greater example of the same. It is merely the cost of four cappuccinos. It is very easy to buy. The website is clear and easy to understand. Others on this site already have their copy. Join them. Buy Pete's Garage Here.
Ah damnit. I was resolutely opposed to purchasing the book simply because you were so adamant that anyone should buy it. I don't know what other attitude I should suspect an author to have but contrariness is in my nature.
ReplyDeleteDespite myself, I thought I should at least read the preview, fully intent on finding reasons to dismiss the book.
And I found the opposite.
So now I'm buying your book and I suppose I'll read it.
Also for anyone wondering that may not have used it before, Lulu was really easy to order from. I didn't have an account and it took me all of three minutes to click the link and get the book ordered.
ReplyDeleteThank you Joe.
ReplyDeleteAnd thank you, Yagami, for describing how easy it is to order.
ReplyDeletePersonally, I think I will go with the ebook option, as soon as I figure out if it will work with the platforms I have.
ReplyDeleteWANT NOW! *Sorry my intelligence of 8 is showing*
See ebook makes it all better...
I'm probably gonna get it as soon as my stack of to-read books has been devoured. I'll not read the preview in case it will break my resolve.
ReplyDeleteThat being said, at 19$ it seems a tad pricey for an ebook. Am I just out of touch with current pricings for e-literature, or is it a side effect of self publishing? (I'm still gonna get it, as the Norwegian krone is strong)
Are Braaten,
ReplyDeleteThe price you quote is for the hardcopy. The ebook is $9, and the link can be found here.
Got a physical copy in my hands the other day. Glad to see this finally in print, looking forward to reading it (it's in a fairly lengthy queue right now).
ReplyDeleteWell you know, Ken, you were one of those who were a terrific help in getting the project off the ground!
ReplyDeleteAlways happy to help a friend.
ReplyDeleteI cracked the spine last night and got about 60 pages deep before bedtime. It's a good read so far, and I'm looking forward to getting back to it tonight. Congrats Alexis.
ReplyDeleteThat's spectacular, James!
