I always imagine that I will get to these things, but there's so much to do all the time, anything that isn't crucial just gets put off.Alexis Smolenskhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10539170107563075967noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3871409676946408069.post-61385151083126814762019-01-08T09:46:35.652-07:002019-01-08T09:46:35.652-07:00Hello Alexis,

Merging fantasy and reality, inserting as seamlessly as possible all those races, while expanding the possible scope of play ... This is the kind of worldbuilding that make my blood roar !

I'm definitely taking all this as inspiration for my replacing of some human nations and ethnicities with non-human, thank you :) - although I don't know if I'll be as generous with the adding of non-humans where there were no (or too few) humans.
I haven't tought about this enough, but each such additional territory would be a further departure from "reality", with cascading effects down the line... I'm trying to cut down on that and focus mainly where the game is actively happening. Seems to be working right now, but I do occasionally want to write on other areas...PatrickWhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02083947433803227063noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3871409676946408069.post-33365076534463434372010-03-26T13:39:27.063-06:002010-03-26T13:39:27.063-06:00Not so much as you'd think. With wikipedia so expanded, I rely on having the information when I need it, instead of listing it out ahead of time. The sort of planning that needed this sort of material has been made unnecessary.Alexis Smolenskhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10539170107563075967noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3871409676946408069.post-57124457859540447862010-03-26T12:38:29.438-06:002010-03-26T12:38:29.438-06:00That is an impressive amount of research.
